Fix CI: drop clubSandwich = TRUE from new tests

clubSandwich isn't in DESCRIPTION, so CI runners don't install it.
Two of the tests added in d965e07 called metafor::robust(..., clubSandwich = TRUE),
which fails on CI with "Please install the 'clubSandwich' package".

Switching to clubSandwich = FALSE keeps the same coverage:
- pub_bias_plot doesn't branch on clubSandwich at all.
- leave_one_out's `!is.null(robust_args$clubSandwich)` branch still fires
  because FALSE is non-NULL.
