fix: make bb_mdns event pool size Kconfig-tunable (#195)

bump default from 4 to 16 — IDF mDNS delivers a linked list of results
in a single notifier callback, and busy networks (e.g. multi-peer pool
discovery) routinely overflow a 4-slot pool, dropping events. Add
BB_MDNS_EVT_POOL_SIZE Kconfig knob (range 4..64) so consumers can tune
without patching breadboard.
