Fix CI: pin ROM escalc default in test-mod_results, add corrected variant

metafor 5.0-1 (2026-04-26) changed escalc()'s default to correct = TRUE
for measures ROM/ROMC/CVR/CVRC, applying a second-order Taylor bias
correction. The eklof reference values asserted in this test were
computed under the prior correct = FALSE convention, so the upstream
update silently shifted the model fit and broke 3 expectations.

- Pin the existing escalc() call to correct = FALSE so the legacy
  reference values (-0.8095289 / -0.20206548 / -3.021706) remain valid,
  with a comment warning future readers not to "modernize" the call.
- Add a parallel build (eklof_corr / eklof_MR_corr / results_corr)
  using correct = TRUE plus a new test_that block asserting against
  the bias-corrected values (-0.7691617 / -0.1765570 / -2.911848).

This gives signal in both directions: the legacy block flags drift in
the pre-5.0 ROM convention, the new block flags drift in the post-5.0
default. Both shouldn't fail simultaneously unless something deeper
changes upstream.
