feat(bb_display): vendor Spleen font family (5x8, 6x12, 8x16); drop chopped 6x8 and 5x7 (#193)

Spleen is a coherent BSD-2-licensed monospace bitmap font family covering
multiple sizes. Replacing the previous hand-rolled and non-uniform 5x7/6x8
with this established family improves legibility and consistency across display
sizes while consolidating licensing and maintenance. Default font chain now
prefers 8x16 → 6x12 → 5x8 by availability.
