chore(bb_display): default ssd1306 to 128x64 (the more common variant) (#190)

most 0.96" oled modules in the wild — including the ssd1315 modules
sold under "0.96 inch oled" everywhere — are 128x64. the previous
default (32) was the minority case and quietly clipped the bottom
half of the panel for unwitting consumers.

flips both backends so they agree:
- arduino: BB_DISPLAY_SSD1306_HEIGHT default 64
- esp-idf: CONFIG_BB_DISPLAY_SSD1306_HEIGHT default 64

owners of 128x32 modules now opt-down explicitly. consumers who
previously didn't set the override AND have a 64-row panel will
suddenly see the bottom half of their screen come alive — that's
the intended outcome.
