Add comprehensive unit tests for node.go utility functions

- Add TestCollectMountOptions with 6 test cases covering XFS and ext filesystems
- Add TestFSInfo with valid and invalid path scenarios
- Tests added to node_test.go to keep all node.go tests in one file
- Achieve 100% coverage for collectMountOptions (0% -> 100%)
- Achieve 100% coverage for FSInfo (0% -> 100%)
- Overall coverage improved from 75.5% to 76.0% (+0.5%)

Test coverage improvements:
- collectMountOptions: Tests XFS nouuid option and various filesystem types
- FSInfo: Tests filesystem info retrieval for valid and invalid paths
- All tests pass with race detection enabled
