Add documentation for the get started guide page (#2796)

This PR adds documentation for the "get started" guide page. This page helps to explain how to get started with Vrembem as quick as possible including CDN, NPM and starter HTML templates.

As part of this update, the docs site has had some general clean-up and new components added for better rendering code examples and tabbed content. 

**Additional changes**

- `docs`: Use the term "design tokens" more consistently in places where I previously only used "CSS variables".
- `docs`: Added missing node types.
