rockspec: switch source URL from git+ssh to git+https

The luarocks upload step on the publish workflow runs on a hosted
GitHub Actions runner that has no SSH key configured for github.com.
Cloning the source via `git+ssh://git@github.com/...` fails with
"Permission denied (publickey)". Use the public HTTPS URL instead so
the upload works without authentication.
