feat(bb_http): kconfig knob to pin httpd worker to a specific core (#174)

Adds CONFIG_BB_HTTP_TASK_CORE_ID (-1/0/1, default -1=no affinity).
When set >= 0, plumbs into config.core_id at server start so consumers
running a high-priority single-core busy loop (e.g. SHA mining) can pin
HTTP off the hot-loop core.

One-shot bb_log_i in bb_shim_handler reports the worker's actual core
on first request so the affinity is observable from the boot log.
