[CI/TEST] Split CI, fix Linux e2e hang, stabilise test suite

- Extract lint/typecheck into dedicated lint.yaml workflow
- Split pytest: unit tests with coverage, e2e with --no-cov to avoid
  Python 3.12 + QThread coverage C tracer crash
- Use xvfb-run -a for Linux to guarantee display is ready before
  pynput opens Xlib connections (test_recorder)
- QT_QPA_PLATFORM=offscreen on both Linux and Windows runners
- Fix Linux hang in stopBot(): add 3s timeout to worker.wait()
- Harden conftest: blocking_run as yield fixture (gate always set on
  teardown), cap main_window teardown to wait(3000) + processEvents()
- Replace QTimer dismiss_dialog with monkeypatch on show_error
- Add pytest-timeout (30s) and uv.lock update
