Use `./mvnw` in CodeQL workflow to satisfy the Maven 3.9.11 enforcer

System `mvn` on GitHub's `ubuntu-22.04` runner image is typically
< 3.9.11 and would trip the `requireMavenVersion` enforcer rule
this PR adds. `maven.yml` already uses `./mvnw` for the same reason
(commit `8257262`); `codeql.yml` was added on `main` (`acee892`)
before that constraint existed, so it kept the old `mvn` invocation.

Mirror `maven.yml`'s pattern so both workflows agree.
