fix: add type hints and improve reauth device name fallback (#24)

Address CodeRabbit review comments:

1. Add type hints to reauth flow methods for mypy compliance
   - Import FlowResult from homeassistant.data_entry_flow
   - Add type annotations to async_step_reauth and
     async_step_reauth_confirm

2. Fix empty CONF_DEVICE_NAME fallback in reauth placeholder
   - Change from .get(key, default) to .get(key) or default
   - This ensures empty strings also fall back to entry.title
   - Prevents blank device names in reauth form
