Fix /authorize scope and improve search-mode banner

  - Request `openid email profile` in the /authorize call (was `openid`
    only), so Credenza consent shows the full scope set and identity
    claims are populated in the session.

  - Restyle search-mode banner with amber color scheme (was blue), larger
    font (0.97rem, bold), thicker border, and increased padding to make it
    more visually prominent. Dark and system themes updated to match.

  - Rewrite banner text to clarify that results are NOT AI-generated and
    that keyword/phrase input is expected; login hint moved to a separate
    line.
