Revert `auto-update-prs.yml`: GITHUB_TOKEN-driven `updateBranch` doesn't retrigger CI.

Mirrors the revert on `ponder-lab/ML` (commit 2731b179). The shipped
workflow used `actions/github-script` with the default `GITHUB_TOKEN`,
but events triggered by `GITHUB_TOKEN` don't create new workflow runs
(GitHub's anti-recursion protection). PR branches got updated but CI
never re-ran, leaving them stuck in BLOCKED state.

Reverting until a PAT- or App-based version replaces it.
