docs: set title and sidebar_label for pages with MDX heading IDs (#9099)

Docusaurus includes the explicit heading-id fragment in sidebar labels and
document titles when it derives them from the H1. Override title and
sidebar_label in frontmatter so nav and browser tabs stay clean while
preserving stable anchors via {/* #id */} on the heading.
