Fix transient spec failure

Inner hashes of DEFAULT_TEXT_MASKS are not frozen, so when duped a
shallow copy is created where the inner hashses are shared between
@masks and t he frozen constant.

deep_dup (via ActiveSupport) ensures all nested hashes are duped.
