Sync `tensorflow.xml` with Ariadne master (post-`#203` `reduce.do` fix)

Pulls the `tensorflow/data/reduce.do()` model fix from
ponder-lab/ML#203 (commit `e599b470` on `ponder-lab/ML` master).
Pre-fix the method called `read_data` virtually on its receiver,
but the `reduce` class doesn't define `read_data` — the call was
unresolved and `Dataset.reduce(...)` was modeled with no useful
tensor type. Post-fix returns `initial_state` directly so its
shape/dtype propagates to the caller.

Filed upstream as wala/ML#456 from a Copilot review on this PR;
fix landed in ponder-lab/ML same morning.

Tests still `466 / 0 / 0 / 11` — no Hybridize-side test currently
exercises this codepath, so no observable behaviour change.
