feat: add Battery Notes integration support

Add battery metadata for better compatibility with HA-Battery-Notes integration.

Features:
- New battery_types.py module with battery specifications by model
- Automatic battery type detection (rechargeable vs replaceable)
- Battery sensor exposes attributes for Battery Notes:
  * battery_type (e.g., 'Rechargeable Li-ion 5200mAh', '4× AA')
  * battery_quantity (number of batteries)
  * is_rechargeable (true/false)
  * typical_battery_life_days (for replaceable only)

Supported Models:
- Cell Series: IPC-A26HP, IPC-A26Z (Li-ion 5200mAh)
- Cell Pro: IPC-A28HWP (Li-ion 10400mAh)
- Cell Go: IPC-A22E, IPC-A22EP (4× AA batteries)
