[BUGFIX] Return exitcode != 0 when `composerUpdate(Min|Max)` fails (#1237)

This allows us to notice if the composer install fails on CI
(instead of getting strange failures in the following steps).

This ported from a PR in the Tea extension:

https://github.com/TYPO3BestPractices/tea/pull/1936
