* fix deprecation warnings

* ignore stale implicit import for derivative_discontinuity!

* fix paranthesis

* also bump versions in benchmark/Project.toml

* Update test/Project.toml

* allow OrdinaryDiffEqLowStorageRK.jl v3 in benchmark
