Russian: fix Cyrillic gender option indexes (#35)

Ports savoirfairelinux/num2words#559 by @BDanAnd.

GENDER_PLURAL_INDEXES had Cyrillic feminine and neuter keys
("ж"/"женский", "с"/"средний") incorrectly mapped to index 0
(masculine), so num2words(1, lang='ru', gender='ж') returned the
masculine "один" instead of "одна". Latin-letter equivalents ("f", "n")
were already correct — only the Cyrillic aliases were wrong.
