Italian: keep "diciotto" intact in compound numbers (#33)

Ports savoirfairelinux/num2words#632 (and #633) by @sydneyfi & Paola L.

The phonetic-contraction step ran the "io→o" rule across the entire
string, so any compound containing "diciotto" (18) collapsed to
"dicotto". Now: e.g. 118 → "centodiciotto" instead of "centodicotto",
1018 → "millediciotto", etc.

Fix is to short-circuit the contraction when "diciotto" appears
anywhere in the string.
