* docs: add branding assets documentation and test for Bronze tier

Document Bronze tier requirement: brands

This PR provides comprehensive documentation and test infrastructure
for the brands requirement, the final Bronze tier requirement.

Changes:
- Add BRANDING.md with detailed requirements and resources
- Add test_branding_assets_exist (skipped until icons added)
- Update quality_scale.yaml with reference to BRANDING.md
- Update Bronze tier summary: 18/19 complete (95%)

The brands requirement needs icon.png (256×256) and icon@2x.png (512×512).
As of HA 2026.3.0, custom integrations can include icons directly in
the integration folder rather than submitting to brands repository.

BRANDING.md includes:
- Complete technical specifications (size, format, compression)
- Links to official Imou logo resources (Brandfetch, BrandLogos.net, etc.)
- Step-by-step implementation guide
- Important constraints (no HA branding, proper optimization)

Test infrastructure:
- test_branding_assets_exist verifies icon files when added
- Checks file existence, size (compressed < 100KB/200KB)
- Skipped until icons are created (prevents CI failures)

Next steps:
1. Download Imou logo from provided resources
2. Create 256×256 and 512×512 PNG icons with transparency
3. Compress/optimize the images
4. Place in custom_components/imou_life/
5. Remove @pytest.mark.skip decorator
