Add Codecov test results tracking via JUnit XML (#14)

* Add Codecov test results tracking via JUnit XML

- Switch unit tests to cargo-nextest for native JUnit output
- Add .config/nextest.toml with CI profile junit config
- Add pytest --junit-xml for blackbox test results
- Upload both via codecov/test-results-action@v1

* Remove nonexistent pytest-junit-xml package from pip install

pytest has built-in --junit-xml support, no extra package needed.

* Address review feedback: versioned install-action, rename junit output

- Switch taiki-e/install-action from @tool-name refs to @v2 with tool: input
- Rename nextest junit output to junit-unit.xml to avoid filename collisions
