feat: migrate docs site from mkdocs-material to zensical

mkdocs-material entered maintenance mode after the underlying mkdocs core
was abandoned. zensical is the squidfunk-built successor and reads
`mkdocs.yml` natively, so it's a drop-in swap for our setup.

- swap `mkdocs build` for `zensical build` in `prep_site`, install via venv (PEP 668)
- replace `mkdocs-material` + `mkdocs-minify-plugin` with `zensical` in requirements.txt
- change palette `primary: indigo` to `teal`, override CSS vars in extra.css
  to `#2dd4bf` so docs match the landing page brand color
- update CLAUDE.md (replaced obsolete 9.2.x pin with python >=3.10 requirement)

cloudflare pages env var `PYTHON_VERSION=3.12` required (default is 3.7
which won't run zensical).
