Commit Message

Fix blackbox coverage: use debug build to match llvm-cov show-env

cargo-llvm-cov show-env sets up instrumentation for the debug profile,
so building with --release puts objects in target/release where
cargo llvm-cov report can't find them. Use debug build instead.
