feat(smoke): fold elecrow-p4-hmi7 into unified smoke example (#162)

- adds `elecrow-p4-hmi7` env replacing standalone `examples/elecrow-p4-hmi7/`
- elecrow now exercises wifi/http/ping (was display-only); display init guarded by `BB_SMOKE_DISPLAY`
- per-env sdkconfig.defaults and partitions files (`.esp32` / `.elecrow-p4-hmi7` suffixes)
- top-level cmake branches on FIRMWARE_BOARD for board header + bb_display exclude
- adds `-DBB_SMOKE_DISPLAY=1` and `-DSDKCONFIG_DEFAULTS=...` to elecrow cmake_extra_args
- retires `examples/elecrow-p4-hmi7/`
- fixes .gitignore to allow `sdkconfig.defaults.*` per-env files
- updates sdkconfig.defaults.elecrow-p4-hmi7 to use `CONFIG_ESP_HOST_WIFI_ENABLED=y` (correct key for esp32p4 hosted wifi)
