Fix/7715 dependency analyze (#7739)

* build(maven): declare transitive dependencies explicitly in core and extensions

Address dependency:analyze used-undeclared warnings by adding explicit module dependencies without changing plugin configuration or removing dependencies.

* build(maven): resolve remaining used-undeclared dependencies in grel and main
Declare direct dependencies used via transitive paths so dependency:analyze no longer reports used-undeclared items.

* build(maven): scope jackson-core as test-only in grel.
* fix(maven): restore jackson-core compile dependency in grel
* fix(maven): declare httpclient5 as compile scope in main module
* chore(maven): Copilot pom polish (okio property, Velocity 2 core, wikibase commons-lang3)
