fix(skills): preserve serif typography on detail page sticky header

When the detail page header scrolled out of view, the sticky title in the
left rail switched from the page-title serif (Merriweather, 300) to the
default sans-serif at font-semibold, making the same heading look like a
different element on scroll.

Apply font-serif + font-light + tracking-tight to the sticky <h2> so the
font family, weight and letter-spacing match the original .text-page-title
and only the size shrinks (text-2xl) for the sticky context.
