DELIBE-285: Add duplicate publication button with form pre-filling

Adds a "Dupliquer" button on the publication view (visible to users with
Modify permission) that redirects to the add form pre-filled with the
original's field values.

- Add form title changes to "Dupliquer Publication" in duplicate mode
- All fields are pre-filled except timestamps and publication dates
- The "supersede" field is automatically set to the original publication
- The original's file is shown in the widget so the user can keep or replace it
