Don't cache username in ssh checksec output (#2702)

* add ":" to Distro string

* Update cache file path to include username

Include username in cache file path for better uniqueness.

* Added public_key+fingerprint for ssh class & Modified ssh checksec_cache path to be more unique & checksec is per ssh server and not attached to a user

* Fix typeo

* Revert indentation to 10 chars

* ssh: Fix downloading data to tmp on Windows

Allows the checksec output of the target server to be generated.
Filenames cannot contain a colon ":".

* Update CHANGELOG
