Task: Fix several warnings from the build (#759)

* Merging this now as I don't have more time to fix more warnings and this is already a significant improvement.

* Fix many warnings during testing regarding missing Javadoc.
* Fix some warnings during testing regarding missing Javadoc.
* Fix some warnings during testing regarding missing Javadoc.
* Fix some warnings during testing regarding missing Javadoc.
* Fix some warnings during testing regarding missing Javadoc.
* Bump softprops/action-gh-release from 2.5.0 to 2.6.1.
* Minor pom maintenance.
* Remove another few javadoc warnings.
* Fix some Sonar warnings.
