Retire gateway companion runtime (#813)

* Retire gateway companion runtime

Align the gateway and Azure companion with the approved admin/bootstrap plus connector/runtime split. This removes the legacy GatewayCompanion surface, migrates sonde-azure-companion to --admin-socket and --connector-socket, and strengthens connector coverage for real IPC transport and desynchronization handling.

Use a per-test unique connector pipe name on Windows, bound connector frame reads in the integration helper, and remove dead display-handle plumbing left behind after companion runtime removal.

* Clarify connector protocol rejection test

Move the admin gRPC probe ahead of the first live connector session so the real-IPC integration test proves protocol rejection independently from single-session enforcement.

* Fix connector IPC test startup race

Retry Unix admin IPC connects in the connector integration helper so the protocol-rejection assertion does not race connector socket startup in CI. Also keep the file rustfmt-clean.
