perf: right-size buffers and stacks across multiple components (#147)

- bb_ota_pull: free s_api_buf after each check (was leaked permanently)
- bb_ota_pull: shrink OTA_CHECK_STACK 12288→8192, OTA_TASK_STACK 16384→12288
- bb_log: LOG_WRITER_QUEUE_LEN 32→16
- bb_mdns: replace per-event calloc with 4-slot static pool (+lock)
- bb_wifi: drop stack copy of scan results, write to cache directly
- bb_ota_push: move 1KB recv buffer to heap (off httpd task stack)

Frees ~16 KB transient + ~3 KB steady-state on bb-using firmware.

Closes B1-111, B1-114, B1-115, B1-116, B1-117, B1-118.
