feat(bb_board): expose heap_caps_get_largest_free_block on /api/info (#145)

Adds bb_board_heap_largest_free_block accessor and surfaces it
under the same key on /api/info. Useful for diagnosing heap
fragmentation: free_heap can be high while largest_free_block
is too small for a given contiguous alloc.

Closes B1-109.
