refactor(bb_log,bb_system): gate routes-only REQUIRES behind config flags (B1-98) (#134)

bb_log: move bb_http bb_json from public REQUIRES into _log_reqs that
conditionally extends under CONFIG_BB_LOG_ROUTES. Keep bb_registry in
REQUIRES (used unconditionally in bb_log.c:127). Consumers that disable
routes no longer pull bb_http/bb_json into their compile graph.

bb_system: demote bb_log and esp_app_format from REQUIRES to PRIV_REQUIRES
(only used in .c files, not in public header). Keep esp_timer in
PRIV_REQUIRES unconditionally (used by conditionally-compiled bb_system_routes.c;
CMake CONFIG variables unavailable at idf_component_register time, so
conditional gating not feasible).
