* chore: update devcontainer for portable use (builder + Codespace)

* chore: portable devcontainer with bookworm pin for patchright compatibility

* chore: use Ubuntu Noble base image to match default Codespaces environment

* fix: pass PATH through sudo for corepack enable (nvm installs to user PATH)

* refactor: switch to universal:2-noble image to match default Codespaces environment

- Use mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/universal:2-noble (same as default Codespaces)
- Pin Node 22 via nvm use (gh, git-lfs, xvfb all pre-installed)
- Remove features block (universal image includes everything)
- Remove apt install xvfb (pre-installed in universal image)
- Remove sudo PATH workaround for corepack (no longer needed)
- Keep portable $HOME paths and empty mounts array

* fix: use correct universal image tag (noble, not 2-noble)

* refactor: split devcontainer into Codespaces and local configs with shared setup

- .devcontainer/devcontainer.json: Codespaces (no image, uses default universal)
- .devcontainer/local/devcontainer.json: Local builder (base:noble + Node 22 feature)
- .devcontainer/setup.sh: Shared setup logic (corepack, pnpm, patchright, xvfb)
