test: cover ASIC paths in routes_json builders (TA-292) (#248)

- add -DASIC_CHIP and -DBB_HW_BOARD_HEADER=\"boards/bitaxe_601.h\" +
  -I.breadboard/components/bb_hw/include to [env:native] build_flags so
  the ASIC-gated sections of routes_json.c and routes_json.h compile on the
  host. mining.c pulls in board.h under ASIC_CHIP, and board.h requires
  bb_hw.h; the board header itself is pure #define constants so it compiles
  cleanly without ESP-IDF.
- update existing test_routes_json.c expectations to match the ASIC-path
  output (asic_chips array, asic_total_ghs/error nulls, asic_freq fields).
- add test/test_host/test_routes_json_asic.c with 24 new tests covering:
  - build_power_json: all sensors populated, all null, efficiency_jth null
    (hashrate=0 and pcore_mw=0), vin_low true/false/at-threshold, each
    sensor null individually (vcore, icore, board_temp, vr_temp)
  - build_fan_json: both populated, rpm null, duty null, both null
  - build_stats_json ASIC branches: asic_total_valid true/false, expected_ghs
    populated vs null, asic_freq_cfg=-1 emits null, chip array with 2 chips
    (last_drop_us=0 → null vs nonzero → age in seconds), empty chip array
