rip: use Mapping over dict in MusicBrainz response casts

Replace dict casts with Mapping in _extract_track_titles and
_query_musicbrainz to signal at the type level that the nested
MusicBrainz response data is read-only. The code only calls .get()
on these values; using Mapping makes the immutable-read intent
explicit and prevents accidental mutation in future changes.
