docs #360 add how-to guide: polarization analyzer as auxiliary positioners (#382)

Add new how-to guide showing users how to add a polarization analyzer
(pth, ptth, peta) to a diffractometer as auxiliary positioners on the
detector arm, mirroring the analyzer guide pattern.

Also fix stale prose in how_analyzer.ipynb (axis names are stored,
positions are not; solver mode is restored), remove a duplicate
Bragg-law cell, and add glossary entries for both 'crystal analyzer'
and 'polarization analyzer'.
