feat(examples/esp32-wroom-32): expand smoke for end-to-end network probes (#122)

- Bring up STA on boot via bb_wifi_init_sta so curl probes can reach handlers when wifi creds are provisioned in NVS.
- Register bb_log_routes (status + SSE) so the migrated bb_http handlers added in PR #120 are exercised.
- Wire custom partitions.csv via board_build.partitions; the default 1MB factory app slot was overflowed once bb_log_routes was added (1.07 MB image).
