fix: recalculate rooms and users from filtered details in ws-room adapter

Instead of passing through raw rooms/users counts from the upstream
ws-room-service (which includes scene rooms), recompute both values
from the filtered WorldStatus list — consistent with how the LiveKit
adapter already works.
