docs(auth): clarify error message and ALLOWED_CALLBACK_URLS semantics

- Update loginRouter else-branch error to mention both `redirect_to` (BFF) and
  `redirect` (legacy), so BFF developers see the right hint instead of the
  legacy-only message.
- Document in .env.sample that ALLOWED_CALLBACK_URLS is matched by exact string
  equality, so operators know trailing slashes and query strings count as
  different URLs.
