Adding support for configuring a BOND (UI) (#3412)

## Problem

Currently, in the UI there is no support for configuring some connection
types like bond, bridge and vlans. This PR concretely is for adding
support to bond configuration.

Added type selector allowing to select between different connection
types and allowing to setup specific type configuration like the bond
one.
