refactor(bb_nv): demote bb_log to PRIV_REQUIRES (#118)

bb_log is used only inside bb_nv's implementation for internal log
lines; bb_nv.h doesn't reference any bb_log symbol. Promoting bb_log
to PRIV_REQUIRES stops it from propagating to consumers, breaking one
leg of the bb_log ↔ bb_nv ↔ ... dependency cycle.

Verified: all three smokes SUCCESS, host tests 295/295.
