Document the Ariadne XML sync workaround.

Adds a "Synchronizing Ariadne XML summaries" subsection to
`CONTRIBUTING.md` and a paragraph to `CLAUDE.md` explaining why the
copies of Ariadne's XML files live in `edu.cuny.hunter.hybridize.core/`
even though Ariadne ships them in its own fat-jar. Both reference
[wala/ML#418] (thin-jar refactor) and [wala/ML#419] (XML lookup
mechanism) so future Ariadne version bumps know to re-run
`update_summaries.sh` and update `bin.includes` for any new XMLs.

This is a docs-only change; no code or build behavior is altered.
