Commit Message

Move screenshot to docs/ so it isn't packaged into the UI bundle.

edu.cuny.hunter.hybridize.ui/build.properties has bin.includes=icons/,
so any file placed in that directory is packaged into the bundle JAR
and shipped via the update site. The screenshot is documentation-only
and would have added ~123 KB of irrelevant payload to every install.
docs/ is outside any bundle directory tree and is never packaged.
