fix: scope indexed placeholders inside keep-tags at render time #1919

17.0.5 fixed #1919 by changing nodesToString output, which broke i18next-cli's
extractor (which imports nodesToString and expects keep-tags to retain their
tag name even when wrapping non-keep React elements). The fix now lives in the
renderer: when descending into a keep-tag in mapAST, find the matching React
element by tag name and positional occurrence at this level, then use its
children as the scope for nested <N> placeholders.

This restores the v17 nodesToString output (so i18next-cli's extracted strings
are unchanged) while ensuring those strings render correctly at runtime.
