fix(pgo): enable debug global option and correct go-library example

Without the `debug` global option, /debug/pprof/ returns 404 and the
profile capture aborts the script. Append `debug` to GLOBAL_OPTIONS
alongside the existing `default_sni localhost` so the pprof endpoint
the script polls is actually mounted.

Drop `grep` from the preflight check; nothing in the script invokes it.

Fix the embedding snippet in docs/hub/go-library.md: NewHub takes a
context.Context as its first argument, and the prior example would not
compile.
