Commit Message

project: drop PyInstaller binary builds

upkeep targets Gentoo Linux exclusively and does not need standalone
Windows or macOS binaries. Set supported_platforms to ['linux'] in
.wiswa.jsonnet, which removes PyInstaller from the publish and release
workflow watchlists, and delete the now-orphaned pyinstaller.yml
workflow.
